Wrist and shoulder mobility

Front Squats
70% x 3 reps
80% x 3reps
90% x 3+reps

Metcon:
Partner WOD
3 rounds for time of:
30 Handstand Push ups
30 Partner Burpees
Farmer Hold (kettlebells) 
Partners break up the HSPU and Burpees however they want
While one partner is working the other partner is holding KB, if they set the KB down you must switch.
