10 lateral lunges with pvc
10 prayer stretch with pvc
10 Good mornings with pvc
Shoulder mobility with a band

Skill: 15 minutes into glass
Emom: 10 minutes alternating
Walk on your hands
10 Toes to bars

Metcon: 30 minutes into class
ON top of every minute perform 4 burpees
5 rounds for time of:
4 Thrusters 95/65lbs
8 Handstand push-ups
12 Double Unders
