Butt Kickers down and back
Side shuffle down and back
High Kicks down and back
10 KB Goblet squats
15 Breathe KB Arm bar
Skill work: 15 minutes into class as a group
Every 1 minute for 12 mins, alternating between:
6 Split Jerks
12 Deadlifts
Metcon: 30 minutes into class
3 ROunds for time of:
10 Clean & Jerks, 135/95lbs
Run 400 Meter Sprint
