Warm-up:
Run/Bike or Row on your Own
5 minutes into class as a group:
10 Medball clean wallball shots
15 Lateral Lunges
10 Ring Push ups

Suggested Partner Metcon 15 minutes into class
As many rounds as possible in 31 minutes:

Partner 1: 400 meter Sandbag Run

While Partner 2:
8 Thrusters
6 Rope climbs (Sub 30 Ring Rows)
11 Box Jumps (24/20in)s

At exchange, partner 1 picks up where partner 2 left off.
