06-14-2019 "Dice Game"

Fridays are Open gym during a ll class times which means you can make up a strength or a WOD that you missed.
Bring a NEW friend for FREE on Fridays!!!!
Reminder starting July 1st through august we will no longer have 6:30pm classes
Olympic Lifting will be suspended through the summer.

Strength:
20 rep back squat series
Minus 70lbs from your 5 rep max
or
Repeat a missed lift and record it.

Partner WOD:
Roll dice and do work, as many rounds as possible in 25 mins of:
•2 = Run 200m
•3 = Get a drink of water
•4 = 50 Single Unders
•5 = 10 Lunges
•6 = 10 Push Ups
•7 = 10 Burpees
•8 = 10 Squats
•9 = 10 Sit Ups
•10 = 10 Ball Slams (40/20)
•11 = Touch someone and double reps they need to do on the next set
•12 = Row 200m
******Both partners must do the work before moving on.
