Today is Open gym day. This means you can do any WOD you want during any class time.
Today is also bring a NEW FRIEND to the gym day. We would like to welcome NEW friends to the gym on Fridays so if you know someone that hasnt been in before please bring them with you for FREE today.

Partner WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:
40 Double Unders
Plank Hold
Partner A completes 40 double unders
while
partner B holds a plank.
Once they get to 40 DUs, partners switch places.

Then:
Partner 1 mile run
