working your way up to 75% of 1RM
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
2 Burpee Pull Ups (bar 12" above reach)
4 Clapping Push-ups
6 Jumping Squats (high enough that the heels come off the ground)
EMOTM 1 Power Clean (75%) Once the minute rolls over, you must complete the PC before you can continue the AMRAP.
