30 minute long classes and no barbells. This is a great alternative to our full classes for those that want to sneak in a quick workout.

 
 

Monday

With a partner Perform as many Kettlebell Swings as possible while partner runs 200M. Alternate between partners until 150 Kettlebell swings have been performed. Time stops after 150th swing.




Tuesday

As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
5 Burpees
10 Air Squats
15 Sit-up (standard)s

Wednesday

As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
100 m Farmer carry
15 Wall Balls

Thursday

4 rounds for time of:
5 Shoot-Throughs
Run 400m
10 Power Snatches each arm

 
 

Fridays

As many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
7 Pull-up (jumping)s
7 Knee tucks
14 Kettlebell Swings
25ft Overhead Walking Lunge

Saturday

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
200 m Run
20 Heavy Wall Ball
