30 Kettlebell Swings
30 Lunges |
30 Knees To Elbows
30 Push Press
30 Supermans
30 Wall Balls
30 Push-ups
30 Double Unders



 

Wednesday

6 rounds for time of:
6 Kettlebell Swings
6 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High-pulls  
6 Goblet Squats

 

Thursday

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:
Broad Jumps, 100 ft
25 Double Unders

 
 

Friday

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
Run, 400 m
20 Jumping Alternating Lunges
15 Push-ups
20 Ring Rows
20 Jump Rope (Singles)s
 

 

Saturday

5 rounds for time of:
Bear Crawl, 100 ft
Standing Broad Jump, 100 ft

Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps.
