B-Fit

30 minute long classes and no barbells. This is a great alternative to our full classes for those that want to sneak in a quick workout.

 
 

Monday

As many rounds as possible in
12 mins of:
7 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls
7 Box Jump

Tuesday

7 rounds for time of:
5 Push Press or Jerk
10 Sit-up
15 Air Squats

Wednesday

With a partner Perform as many Kettlebell Swings as possible while partner runs 200M. Alternate between partners until 150 Kettlebell swings have been performed.
Time stops after 150th swing.

Thursday

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
12 Burpees
12 Dumbbell Goblet Squats
12 Weighted Lateral Box Step-ups

 
 

Fridays

4 rounds for time of:
200m Run
12 Overhead Squats

Saturday

Saturday: 13th
21-15-9
Pull ups
Push Ups
Air Squats

Saturday: 20th
Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of:
10 Kettlebell Swing Bear Crawl, 50 ft
15 AbMat Sit-ups
