10 Kettlebell Swings
10 Box Jumps

Tuesday


4 rounds for time of:
15 Deadlifts
15 Toes To Bars

Wednesday

For time:
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
20 Push Jerks
20 Overhead Squats
20 Front Squats

At the start of each minute do 2 Burpees

Thursday


For Time:
50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders
10-20-30-40-50 Sit ups
Between each set
Run 400m

 
 

Fridays

3 rounds for quality of:
12 Bulgarian Split Squats
12 Handstand Push-ups
12 Strict Toes-to-bars

Saturday

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of:
7 Toes-to-bars Walking Lunge, 25 ft 14 Kettlebell Swings,
